It is one of the key administrative divisions at the College of Science \/ University of Baghdad, operating under the direct supervision of the College Dean’s Office.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

This division is responsible for monitoring the implementation of security and administrative regulations within the college, contributing to the smooth flow of operations and ensuring the safety and security of all staff, students, and visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Main Responsibilities of the Division:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Monitoring the implementation of administrative and security directives issued by the University Presidency and higher authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Regulating the entry and exit of staff, students, and visitors in coordination with the University Security Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Overseeing vehicle movement within the campus and organizing parking procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Supervising public property and ensuring it is not subject to damage or loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Preparing daily and periodic reports on workflow and submitting them to the relevant authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinating with various college departments to ensure proper application of rules and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Supervising cameras and surveillance systems (if available) and ensuring their effectiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contributing to the organization of events and activities in terms of logistical and security aspects.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To provide effective monitoring and organizational services that contribute to maintaining the security of the college and enforcing regulations, thereby supporting the fulfillment of the goals of both the college and the university as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n
