About the Department:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

T. <\/span><\/span>founded the Department of Computer Science in 1983-1984 means section using theoretical and practical methods to address the transfer of information through computers. The department accepts graduates of the scientific branch from middle school. The\u00a0duration of study in the Department of Computer Science is four years and graduates are awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. The department is very concerned with the quality of education and its outputs, and it has qualified faculty members in the most important academic fields in computer science, and good laboratories and classrooms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Computer Science major is concerned with building the student’s specialized knowledge in the field of computers, in order to prepare him to work in the fields of programming, computer networks, and the development of various computer systems in various official institutions, in addition to private institutions and companies. The student also learns courses that build his programming knowledge. He studies a number of advanced programming languages, the foundations of designing and analyzing algorithms, data structures, object and visual programming, and database systems. It also learns the latest methods of systems analysis and design, using the latest systems used for this purpose<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Computer Science Department includes classrooms equipped with projectors and air-conditioning devices, and computer laboratories equipped with all applied computer software, projectors and smart boards.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Department of Computer Science features a graduate program in Computer Science and Information Technology. Finally, the student finishes his studies in this specialty by doing an applied project, in which he employs the skills and knowledge he learned during his university studies, which qualifies him to move to the labor market successfully.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Establishing a scientific base of creators and specialists in computer science, software and fields related to computer science and applications, and seeking to prepare plans for developing study tools to ensure that the requirements of quality standards are met. And keenness to prepare distinguished graduates who are able to cover the needs of the labor market and keep pace with the amazing development in the field of information and communication technology. And able to complete their postgraduate studies to obtain a master’s degree and doctorate in the fields of specialization and <\/span>to carry out scientific research of high quality<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
