  • \u00a0Preparing and organizing the scientific and technical staff in accordance with the approved official rules and principles.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Preparing statistical reports for the college.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Preparing the annual report of the college for each academic year.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Preparing the university statistics for the college for each academic year.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Carrying out the administrative development tasks of the college.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Organizational Structure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Receiving the scientific (preparation and specializations of the teaching staff), technical and administrative needs of the college, upon a prior request from the Presidency of the University of Baghdad \/ Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, unifying and coordinating them in preparation for sending them to the Presidency of the University.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0Database of the organizational structure and making contacts with the relevant departments, units and divisions to ensure that the need is met, and then the concerned authority responds to that.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0B-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Ownership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Preparing a special schedule each year according to a letter provided to the division by the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Presidency of the University that includes the occupied, revised, revised and classified scientific, technical and administrative staff and graded according to the owners\u2019 law, and also includes updating for the purpose of appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0C-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Statistics<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Providing the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department at the Presidency of the University with data and statistical tables for all the activities of the College for each academic year, upon their request.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a01-\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Take the necessary measures regarding the creation of job grades.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a02-\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Entering the information related to the teachers, technicians and administrators on the computers of the division.<\/span><\/p>\n
