The Department of Mathematics at the College of Science at the University of Baghdad is considered a beacon of science and knowledge, as it offers graduate programs that are distinguished by scientific depth and practical application. The department aims to prepare a generation of distinguished researchers and academics capable of contributing to the development of the field of mathematics and its various applications.
\nThrough the Master’s and Doctoral programmes, students have the opportunity to delve into the depths of mathematical theories and quantitative analyses, as well as benefit from the rich research and educational experiences offered by the department. The department encourages students to innovate and think critically, and enhances their abilities to solve scientific and practical problems with innovative mathematical methods.
