\nThe Graduate Studies Division is one of the basic pillars of the college, as it represents the important link between the data and outputs of graduate studies in the college and the university presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/span>
\nThe Graduate Studies Division participates in solving the obstacles facing the graduate students\u2019 journey, from their acceptance to the granting of certificates, through close and fruitful cooperation with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and department heads, as they form an integrated and solid circle.<\/span>
\nVision, mission and goals:<\/span><\/strong>
\nVision :<\/span>
\nThe Graduate Studies Division works in its field of specialization to complete all graduate studies related matters, as it represents the link between the college and the university to advance the level of graduate studies in a way that serves the college and raises its scientific level.<\/span>
\nthe message :<\/span>
\nCovering the college departments with all official books that include instructions and laws for graduate studies and books directed by the university.<\/span>
\nObjectives :<\/span>
\nThe division aims to complete all transactions of postgraduate students inside Iraq for certificates, high diploma, master\u2019s, and doctorate, from continuing students and graduates, by following solid practical mechanisms to advance its administrative reality.<\/span>
\n– Follow all means to meet the requirements of graduate studies and solve all obstacles that the student may face during his studies<\/span>
\nTasks and duties of the division:<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Respond to incoming mail from the university.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Distributing university books related to graduate studies to the departments as quickly as possible<\/span>
\n\u2022 Checking grading documents.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Issuing regular and translated documents after being certified by the university.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Follow up on the Ministry\u2019s instructions regarding postgraduate studies and audit their implementation.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Implementing the paragraphs related to graduate studies that are presented to the College Council through the <\/span><\/p>\n

College Council Secretariat<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Print books and send them to the university regarding:<\/span>
\nA – Admission and initiation of postgraduate students.<\/span>
\nB- Cancellation of admission, withdrawal, and substitution for graduate studies<\/span>
\nC- Extending the duration of study for postgraduate students<\/span>
\nD- Upgrading the registration and returning students whose registrations have been upgraded<\/span>
