3)Monitoring the operation of the college\u2019s computer network and ensuring the continuity of Internet service.<\/span><\/p>\n

4)Implementing network expansions on an ongoing basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Supporting systems and applications:<\/span><\/p>\n

The main goal of this group\u2019s work is to develop computerized technical solutions that will automate the administrative, financial, and supervisory work of the college\u2019s formations. The team will also seek to develop appropriate solutions for organizing students\u2019 electronic records. The modern concepts that have emerged over the past years regarding distributed database applications will be the focus of attention of researchers in this division, as developments in this field should be followed and an attempt to be invested in building systems and applications that serve the different formations in the college (or at the university).<\/span><\/p>\n

training and development:<\/span><\/p>\n

The unit will hold development courses in the field of computers, networks and their applications. The rapid development taking place in software tools and computer applications requires specialized cadres to provide the necessary capacity to keep pace with these developments, and then these cadres transfer the acquired knowledge to those concerned with acquiring that experience and try to use it to develop their work.<\/span><\/p>\n

electronic archive:<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a need to convert college documents from paper to electronic documents that can be stored on modern digital storage media, which will provide the ability to reduce the large spaces occupied by paper documents, and converting documents to digital form will enable workers to retrieve those documents with high speed and accuracy. Workers in this field will undertake the task of coordinating with the college\u2019s formations for the purpose of retrieving documents using a digital scanner, and then adopting an electronic indexing system that will enable archive workers to retrieve any document with ease and high accuracy.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
