It works to organize and support the work of the College Council. The unit’s role involves preparing and organizing council meetings, providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient running of the work. Below are the key tasks and responsibilities that the Secretariat Unit of the College Council may include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Meeting Coordination:<\/strong><\/span>\n
      \n
    • Preparing the agenda for the College Council meetings in collaboration with the Dean of the college and department heads.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organizing and reserving the necessary rooms for meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sending invitations to the members and informing them of the meeting time, place, and agenda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Minute Taking:<\/strong><\/span>\n
        \n
      • Documenting the minutes of the College Council meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Recording the decisions and recommendations made by the council.<\/span><\/li>\n

            • Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the College Council and submitting them to senior administrative authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n
