Below is a detailed description of the tasks and responsibilities of the Secretariat Unit<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Managing Confidential Correspondence:<\/strong><\/span>\n
      \n
    • Receiving and registering all incoming correspondence to the college, whether internal or external, ensuring its confidentiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organizing and distributing correspondence to the relevant parties within the college according to instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Documenting and sending outgoing correspondence from the college after reviewing it and ensuring it meets the standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Storing Confidential Documents:<\/strong><\/span>\n
        \n
      • Storing all official and confidential documents in special files in a way that ensures their confidentiality and easy access when needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Implementing regulations and policies related to storing confidential documents, ensuring that they are not leaked or lost.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Archiving correspondence and documents according to the classification system in use, and updating the archive regularly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
