Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Promoting Women’s Participation:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Organizing programs aimed at enhancing the role of women in all areas of academic and professional life.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Encouraging female students and staff to engage in academic and administrative activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Supporting projects and initiatives that contribute to the empowerment of women at the college and community level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Providing Support and Counseling:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Offering psychological and social support to female students, employees, and faculty members.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Providing career and advisory counseling to women to develop their academic and professional paths.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Addressing and resolving any problems or challenges that women may face within the university campus in coordination with relevant authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Organizing Workshops and Seminars:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Organizing training workshops and seminars aimed at building women’s capacities in academic, research, and leadership fields.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Inviting specialized speakers to provide practical insights on women’s empowerment and gender equality.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Conducting Research and Studies:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Conducting studies and research on the status of women in the college and the challenges they face.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Analyzing data and providing recommendations to the college administration to improve the situation of women and create a supportive environment for them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Collaboration with Institutions and Organizations:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Building collaborative relationships with civil society organizations and government and international institutions concerned with women’s rights and empowerment.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Organizing partnerships with local and international institutions to implement projects and programs that support the empowerment of women.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Raising Awareness about Gender Equality:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Promoting awareness about the importance of gender equality and combating discrimination within the campus.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Organizing awareness campaigns and creating media materials to educate the university community about women’s empowerment issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Monitoring Legal and Administrative Issues:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
                \n
              • Monitoring the implementation of university policies related to the rights and protection of women.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Ensuring the application of regulations and laws that support women’s rights at the college.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Strategic Planning:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
                  \n
                • Developing strategic plans aimed at achieving the goals of women’s empowerment in the college.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Monitoring the implementation of these plans and initiatives and evaluating their outcomes periodically.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Main Goal:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                  The Women’s Empowerment Unit aims to support and strengthen the role of women in the academic community by providing a supportive educational and professional environment, removing barriers to their active participation.
