It is responsible for all matters related to students from the moment of their admission until graduation. The office provides administrative and advisory support to students and ensures a healthy educational environment that fosters academic success and personal development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Main Duties:<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Student Affairs Management<\/strong>: Following up on daily student issues such as registration, deferment, transfer, and withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Supervising Admission and Registration<\/strong>: Coordinating with the Registration Division to ensure a smooth academic process.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Student Welfare<\/strong>: Reviewing student requests related to social, financial, or academic support.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Communication with Academic Departments<\/strong>: Coordinating with department heads to meet students’ academic and administrative needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitoring Student Activities<\/strong>: Supporting and organizing extracurricular activities, cultural, scientific, and sports events.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Resolving Student Issues<\/strong>: Receiving student complaints and working to resolve them within legal and administrative frameworks.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Supervision of Graduation Affairs<\/strong>: Following up on graduating students\u2019 files and coordinating with relevant parties to issue official documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
