The Scientific Journal Unit at the College of Science \u2013 University of Baghdad is a vital component in supporting the college\u2019s academic and research mission. The unit is responsible for managing all aspects related to the publication of the college\u2019s official scientific journal. Its core responsibilities include:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Receiving and conducting preliminary screening of submitted research papers to ensure compliance with the journal\u2019s submission guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Coordinating the peer-review process by assigning manuscripts to qualified reviewers and ensuring the objectivity and quality of evaluations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Overseeing the editing and proofreading of accepted papers, ensuring consistency with academic publishing standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
