It is responsible for overseeing and implementing reconstruction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects within the college\u2019s infrastructure, in accordance with approved strategic plans and in coordination with the university presidency and relevant authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"956\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The unit plays a fundamental role in improving the university environment through the execution of development projects, monitoring regular and emergency maintenance, and supervising the on-site implementation of construction works to ensure the sustainability of college buildings and their suitability for academic and administrative activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"973\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"973\">Unit Tasks:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1590\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1061\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1061\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Prepare and follow up on the college&#8217;s reconstruction and urban development plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1199\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1199\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Provide technical and administrative supervision of project implementation in coordination with the relevant engineering departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1291\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1291\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Monitor preventive and emergency maintenance works for buildings and campus facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1384\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1384\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Document all completed projects and maintain their technical and administrative records.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1488\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1488\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Submit periodic reports on project progress and on-site issues to the Office of the Associate Dean.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1590\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1590\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Study the college\u2019s needs for rehabilitation and expansion and provide appropriate recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1612\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1612\">Unit Objectives:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1889\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1724\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Develop the college\u2019s infrastructure to meet the requirements of modern education and scientific research.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1805\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1805\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Provide a safe and functional university environment for students and staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1889\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1889\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Ensure proper management of financial and human resources allocated for projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_raw_js]JTNDc2NyaXB0JTNFJTIwdmFyJTIwdHJhbnNfcGFnZSUzRCUyMjM4NDIwJTIyJTNCJTIwJTNDJTJGc2NyaXB0JTNF[\/vc_raw_js][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Reconstruction and Projects Unit \u2013 College of Science \/ University &#8230; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":162,"featured_media":0,"parent":7364,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"no","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-9970","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
