The biological research unit organized in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit in the College of Science, University of Baghdad, a seminar entitled “autoimmune diseases” in the presence of a number of professors, researchers, students and those who are interested in medical and therapeutic topics.The seminar delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Dunia Farid Salloum, aimed at identifying diseases and its autoimmunity, tasks of body organs performed both inside and outside. The defect occurs for several reasons in defining the immune system, human body tissues, autoimmune diseases and methods of prevention and treatment. The seminar reviewed the scientific developments in the in this field and an explanation of the causes of autoimmune diseases including genetic factor, human immune system dysfunction and inability to produce antibodies to fight bacteria, viruses and sex factor and other environmental toxins as women are more likely to develop autoimmune diseases compared to men.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
