Humud<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Title : \u00a0Professor<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Abstract<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">A microwave-induced plasma jetting (MIPJ) system was built using local materials and on the basis of a tapered waveguide. The parameters of this plasma inculding electron temperature, electron density Ni were determined. Other parameters like plasma frequency (f<sub>p<\/sub>), Debye length (\u03bb<sub>D<\/sub>) and number of particles in a Debye sphere (N<sub>d<\/sub>) were also studied. The study was carried out at different Ar flow rates ranging from (2.5-10) L\/m and discharge tube diameters ranging from (2-6-10) mm. All these parameters were determined based on the MIPJ spectrum.
