Nasir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Title: \u00a0Assistant Professor<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Abstract<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">This work is concerned with making a comparison of the effect of changing x content and gamma (\u03b3) irradiation (5KGy) by two metal oxide named molybdenum oxide and tungsten oxide (MoO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>1-x<\/sub>-(WO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>x<\/sub>. Various compounds were synthesized from (MoO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>1-x<\/sub>-(WO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>x<\/sub> with different x content (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1). The materials were mixed and put in an evacuated quartz ampule then the ampule was sealed and heated for five hours at a temperature of 1173K. Thin films of (MoO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>1-x<\/sub>-(WO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>x<\/sub> compound have been prepared under vacuum by Pulse laser deposition technique with thickness of\u00a0 about 600 nm on glass and silicon wafer with (111) orientation (p-type). This study explained the most properties of (MoO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>1-x<\/sub>-(WO<sub>3<\/sub>)<sub>x<\/sub> thin films with different x content before and after gamma (\u03b3) irradiation which imply structural, optical, electrical and finally synthesis heterojunction.
