Five samples were synthesis at a fixed time of 2 h and different temperatures of 100, 125, 150\u00b0C, while , the other two\u00a0 synthesis at temperature 150 \u00b0C for 1 and 3 h. The effect of temperature on the structure of zinc oxide nanostructure was tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, which confirm the polycrystalline structure of the zinc oxide samples.\u00a0 A well-defined diffraction peak was observed at around 36\u00b0 (101) and this main peak indicates that the hexagonal structure of ZnO had high intensity.
