To study these properties, several techniques have been employed to conduct structural, compositional, optical and electrical measurements, such as X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Hall\u00a0 effect as well as A.C conductivity measurements as function of frequency in the range (50Hz- 200 kHz). First, various compounds were synthesizes from Erbium and Indium Oxides doped Cerium Oxide in rang of ratios (0%, 3%, 5%, 7%, and 9%), then put the appropriate weight of the materials in an quartz ampule the evacuated at 10<sup>-2<\/sup> Toor. The ampules were heated to 1273K and left at this temperature for 5 hours. The obtained materials were grinded to increase homogeneity and pressed in pellet shapes to be the targets for laser ablation. Thin films with thickness of \u2248 150 nm were deposited on different substrates such as glass and single crystal of silicon n and p type using pulsed laser deposition method. The results\u00a0 of structural analysis show that\u00a0 Erbium and Indium doped cerium oxide are polycrystalline with cubic phase. The crystallte size was found to grow up\u00a0 from 20.5 to 32.15nm when Eu<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> ratio increases from 0% to 7% and then drop down\u00a0 to\u00a0 28.46 nm with further increase of Eu<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> ratio while increasing of indium oxide doping ratio lead to proceeding increase of the crystal size from 20.5 to 21.42 nm , while the lattice constant measured for cubic CeO<sub>2<\/sub> get to change in opposite to that.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Researcher name: Mustafa Muthana Rasheed Signature: Name: Dr. Bushra abbas Hasan Title : Professor \u00a0Abstract This work is interested in","protected":false},"author":82,"featured_media":5069,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[48,45],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5068","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-college-news","category-physics-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
