The solution\u2019s existence, uniqueness, and boundedness have all been carried out. The stability analyses of all possible equilibrium points have been studied. By suitable Lyapunov functions the conditions of global stability of all these equilibrium points have been found suitable. Moreover, the conditions of local bifurcation (saddle-node, transcritical, pitch fork) have been satisfied.
