Prof. Dr.\u00a0Layla Fouad Ali. The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of disinfecting tooth root bacteria through two methods: direct exposure to the tooth root using a plasma jet and plasma-activated water. The research deduced that the intensity of the spectral line of plasma jet emission is dependent on the gas flow rates and the applied voltage. The intensity increases at the flow rates of different gases with the increase in the applied voltage and then decreases with the continued increase of power.
