The workshop, presented by Dr. Ali Hussein, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hafidh Abbas, and Assistant Lecturer Huda Mushtaq, highlighted that ELISA technology is one of the most sensitive immune immunoassays available. They explained that the typical detection range for ELISA is from 0.01 nanograms to 0.1 nanograms, emphasizing that this technology is designed to detect peptides, proteins, antibodies, hormones, and measure them.
