The workshop, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Maisaa Kazem Habash, Lecturer Haifa Nouri Matar, and Lecturer Estabraq Akram Beyram, aimed to review the types of bacteria, their growth environments, and methods of diagnosis using both traditional and modern approaches. Additionally, the workshop aimed to introduce modern diagnostic methods based on molecular diagnosis using bacterial DNA. The workshop also aimed to introduce the importance of bacterial diagnosis in culture media and the significance of appropriate nutritional substances for the growth of microorganisms in the laboratory.
