{"id":9656,"date":"2025-02-09T17:52:09","date_gmt":"2025-02-09T14:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.sc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=9656"},"modified":"2025-02-09T17:52:09","modified_gmt":"2025-02-09T14:52:09","slug":"plant-tissue-cultivation-and-laboratory-requirements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.sc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=9656","title":{"rendered":"Plant Tissue Cultivation and Laboratory Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><!--more--><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The Biology Department, in cooperation with the Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a lecture entitled <strong>&#8220;Plant Tissues Cultivation: Between Laboratory Requirements and The Purpose of Agriculture&#8221;<\/strong>, patronage by <strong>the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Falih Hassan,<\/strong> and attended by several of postgraduates, academics, and agricultural engineering students.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>The purpose of the lecture was<\/strong> to introduce plant tissue cultivation and how to equip a textile implant laboratory with the equipment and tools, and cutters or dividers separating the laboratory room to a cutter for cleaning, equip plants, cleaning equipment and tools as well as cutter special to cultivation or injection and also a cutter of plants and pencils as appropriate to the purpose of cultivation.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>The lecture presented<\/strong> by <strong>Dr. Hala Hassan Mutshar<\/strong> highlighted plant tissue cultivation, which is an important initial stage, and a technical approach to studying the laws of growth and differentiation in plant cultivation.
