{"id":9678,"date":"2025-02-14T17:34:04","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T14:34:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.sc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=9678"},"modified":"2025-02-14T17:34:04","modified_gmt":"2025-02-14T14:34:04","slug":"chemical-radiological-and-nuclear-threats-in-the-work-of-educational-laboratories","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.sc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=9678","title":{"rendered":"Chemical, Radiological, and Nuclear Threats in The Work of Educational Laboratories"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The Physics Department, in collaboration with the Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a lecture entitled <strong>&#8220;Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Threats CBRN&#8221;<\/strong> under the auspices of <strong>the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Falih Hassan<\/strong>, and the attendance of many students, academics, professionals, and specialists in biological, chemical laboratories and laboratory safety management.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>The purpose of the lecture was<\/strong> to discuss the abbreviation of CBRN, which refers to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear substances and agents that may harm society by mistakenly or deliberately releasing or spreading. At present, many of these factors are subject to innovative practices in medicine, agriculture, and industry, and their use for the benefit of human health, the environment, and the global economy.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>The lecture displayed<\/strong> by <strong>Professor Asia Hamid Hamad<\/strong> included promoting a culture of security around the world and developing effective prevention capabilities that would reduce the risk of natural, accidental, and deliberate accidents resulting from the potential use of these factors on the whole community, particularly in the work of educational laboratories that in case of inadequate control over chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological substances.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00a0The Physics Department, in collaboration with the Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad,","protected":false},"author":82,"featured_media":9679,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[48,45],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9678","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-college-news","category-physics-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
