Objectives Of the Studies and Planning Division

  •  Preparing and organizing the scientific and technical staff in accordance with the approved official rules and principles.
  •  Preparing statistical reports for the college.
  •  Preparing the annual report of the college for each academic year.
  •  Preparing the university statistics for the college for each academic year.
  •  Carrying out the administrative development tasks of the college.

 Specialties

A-   Organizational Structure

Receiving the scientific (preparation and specializations of the teaching staff), technical and administrative needs of the college, upon a prior request from the Presidency of the University of Baghdad / Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, unifying and coordinating them in preparation for sending them to the Presidency of the University.

 Database of the organizational structure and making contacts with the relevant departments, units and divisions to ensure that the need is met, and then the concerned authority responds to that.

 B-    Ownership

Preparing a special schedule each year according to a letter provided to the division by the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Presidency of the University that includes the occupied, revised, revised and classified scientific, technical and administrative staff and graded according to the owners’ law, and also includes updating for the purpose of appointment.

 C-    Statistics

Providing the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department at the Presidency of the University with data and statistical tables for all the activities of the College for each academic year, upon their request.

 1-    Take the necessary measures regarding the creation of job grades.

 2-       Entering the information related to the teachers, technicians and administrators on the computers of the division.

 3-      Carrying out the functions of the college’s functional data bank, where data and information about all the college’s employees are prepared and updated according to forms prepared for this purpose.

4-      Preparing statistics for teachers (name, scientific title, certificate).
