- Establishing a database and electronic information system for the college’s human and material resources to be utilized in policy-making and improvement plans, along with a mechanism for updating it.
- Assessing the needs of various activities within the college and working on developing and qualifying human resources through training and requalification, as well as maximizing the use of available material resources.
- Adopting accredited academic standards for the programs offered by the college and taking measures to ensure their achievement.
- Documenting the description of programs and courses within the college.
- Monitoring the preparation and documentation of course and program reports at the college.
Establishing a Follow-Up and Evaluation System within the College
- Evaluation of Academic Performance: Assessing the academic performance of faculty members.
- Annual Staff Evaluation: Conducting yearly evaluations of employees.
- Student Performance and Activities: Monitoring students’ performance and extracurricular activities.
- Community Service: Evaluating the college’s community service initiatives.
- Research and Scientific Activities: Assessing research and scientific activities.
