Department of Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, held a workshop entitled” Quality Assurance with the Bologna track “. The workshop aimed to provide a detailed explanation of the mechanism for using the Bologna system, how to calculate the number of ECTS units required for graduation and semesters, classify materials including preparatory and complementary materials, and other activities. The workshop, whose lectures were presented by Professor Dr. Faisal Ghazi, Assistant Lecturer Yousra Kadim, Assistant Lecturer Abeer Nizar Abdel Hamid, and Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Emad Hamadi, included a review of the quality assurance standards and requirements for the Bologna track, and in particular a focus on the teaching process of the faculty member and the learning process that concerns Primarily, the educational outcomes related to the student, the curricula, and the educational process through the existing infrastructure at the university.
