Awareness-raising Lecture for Second-Year Students in The Department of Astronomy and Space
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, held an awareness-raising lecture for second-year students in the Department of Astronomy and Space. The lecture aimed to educate students about the importance of adhering to values, and ethics, maintaining university cleanliness, participating in volunteer work, cooperating with each other, especially regarding university laws, organizing the relationship between the student and the lecturer to ensure mutual understanding and respect, and addressing the most important problems facing students in the college and providing everything students need to ensure a healthy educational environment for everyone. The lecture, presented by a number of faculty members from the Department of Astronomy and Space, highlighted the most important challenges facing university students on various academic, social, material, and psychological levels, which would serve as a motivation for them to progress in both their academic and practical lives, acquiring sufficient skills to face future challenges awaiting them after graduation
