Faculty of Science held a training course of using Matlab in data drawing
Under the auspices of the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, with.Attendance of students, astronomers, physicians, computer professors.
Department of Astronomy and Space, in cooperation with Continuing Education Unit of the Faculty, organized a training course entitled
“Learning to draw in Matlabsystem”
The aim of the course was to familiarize college staff with the method of drawing in Matlab and tools for creating graphics, understanding the chart in Matlab, learning to allocate charts to specific needs and knowing modern graphic techniques such as three-dimensional drawing and dynamic drawing.
The course, which was lectured by Associate Professor Dr. Raed Novi Hassan and Associate Professor Dr. Huda Shakir Ali, explained applications of graphs in solving engineering, scientific problems and effectively representing data . introducing in programming the Matlab language for beginners from science specialists, Showing the basics of programming in general and the rules of programming in Matlab and described it as primarily scientific and engineering software language, with enormous tools and great potential that facilitate many of the software needs of all branches of the natural sciences, including methods of representing astronomical data and their graphics.
