The Financial Affairs Division at the College of Science at the University of Baghdad includes multiple units that work to manage financial resources efficiently and in accordance with university policy, including:

  • Records and accounts unit

    Manages financial records and public accounts and ensures their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Payroll unit

    Supervise the calculation and disbursement of employees’ salaries and ensure their accuracy.

  • Budget unit

    It prepares and coordinates the college’s annual budget and distributes it according to needs.

  • Fund secretariat unit

    Responsible for receiving and depositing funds and monitoring cash financial operations.

  • Equipment Unit

    Supervises the purchase and distribution of necessary equipment and supplies for the college.
