A Workshop to Motivate Students Towards Classrooms
The Mathematics Department, in cooperation with the Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop tagged “How to Motivate the Undergraduate Student Towards Classroom”, patronage by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raid Faleh Hassan, and attended several academic teachers and educational guidance committees.
The workshop aimed to raise the productive capacities of the educational process to increase the adequacy of teachers with the modern skills and abilities required to teach students in classrooms. In addition, to motivate students to their classrooms, attend lectures, to be vital and active.
The lectures included Dr. Liqaa Jamil Khalil, Dr. Mohammed Alaa Abd al-Amir, and Soad Naji. to highlight some of the requirements that motivate the student towards the lesson, including the reward for each of his or her presentations, Classroom and classroom activities, which are an important indicator of learning, achievement and greater educational achievements, Recommended to care about students’ opinions and suggestions in e-learning and their preferred methods, and make e-courses for students.
