President of Baghdad University Inaugurated the 4th Conference on Chemistry and its Modern View of Technology with Academic Presence and Broad Participation in the College of Science
The Fourth Conference on Chemistry was held at the College of Science, under the slogan “Modern View of Technology in Chemistry” under the patronage of the President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Baha Ibrahim Ensaf, and his attendance, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Raed Faleh Hassan, with the participation of his associates for scientific and administrative affairs, students, heads of scientific departments, researchers from both science college and other colleges and a lot of academics.
The conference opened with a speech by Associate Professor Raed Falih Hassan, welcoming the attendance and the importance of this conference specializing in chemistry science and research, which will enrich the research fields that will be presented and produce new results in the field of chemistry. He thanked the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the presidency of the University of Baghdad for its great support and support for the holding of these specialized conferences.
The Dean of the College was followed by Prof. Dr. Baha Ibrahim Ansaf thanking the Dean of the College of Science for organizing this specialized chemical scientific conference, emphasising the importance of these conferences, especially in the scientific disciplines of chemistry sciences, which are important disciplines that enrich scientific research and its role in the service of society.
Also, the President of the Conference, Associate Professor Dr. Mohamed Kazim Hammoud, reviewed the preparation of conference participants, accepted research and posters, thanked the Presidency of the University, the Dean of the College, the scientific and preparatory committees and all the supporting persons that had all worked to establish the conference and its success.
The conference aimed to engage the most modern and dynamic researchers in the global chemical community of chemistry activists through the modern perspective of chemistry technology, from researchers, experts, and interested parties from all over the world. The conference included the disciplines of physical chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, non-organic chemistry, nanochemistry, green chemistry, medical chemistry, industrial and environmental chemistry, as well as honoring several retired academics and the members of the conference committees, while accepted research will be published for publication in the Iraqi Journal of Science and a global publishing press within SCOPUS.
