Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizing Student Activities:

  • Develop and implement plans and programs for student activities, including cultural, sports, and artistic events.

  • Organize student competitions and events inside and outside the college in coordination with relevant bodies.

  • Encourage student participation and provide support to help them develop personal and social skills.

Coordination with Various Entities:

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to execute various activities.

  • Collaborate with student organizations and clubs to develop student activities.

  • Communicate with external institutions and the local community to organize joint events or participations.

Event Preparation and Organization:

  • Organize events related to national, religious, and social occasions, involving students in planning and execution.

  • Manage awareness campaigns and workshops aimed at enhancing students’ cultural and social awareness.

  • Plan recreational and educational field trips that enrich students’ personal and educational experiences.

Supporting Student Teams and Clubs:

  • Provide technical and logistical support to sports teams and cultural/artistic clubs.

  • Offer the necessary resources and facilities for students to organize and develop their activities.

  • Assist sports teams in preparing for training sessions and matches, and organize competitions within and outside the college.

Managing and Organizing Sports Facilities:

  • Supervise the use of sports facilities on campus and organize various sports activities.

  • Organize sports tournaments and competitions for students, promoting active participation.

  • Collaborate with coaches and specialists to enhance sports programs.

Monitoring Activity Implementation:

  • Follow up on the execution of student activities, ensuring alignment with the unit’s annual plan.

  • Prepare periodic reports on conducted activities and assess their impact on students.

  • Collect and analyze student feedback to improve the quality of future events and programs.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop an annual budget for student activities in coordination with the college administration.

  • Monitor the expenditure of funds allocated to activities and ensure their efficient and effective use.

  • Submit periodic financial reports outlining how the budget is utilized in activities.

Student Motivation and Development:

  • Motivate students to discover their talents and develop skills through diverse activities.

  • Provide awards and certificates of appreciation to students participating in outstanding events and competitions.

  • Develop training programs that help students acquire new skills in leadership and teamwork.
