Within the initiative of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to launch the “Study in Iraq” project, Arab and international students are admitted to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Iraqi universities. These scholarships include coverage of tuition fees and the provision of accommodation, and they are offered as part of Iraq’s efforts to promote cultural exchange and enhance international cooperation.
