Main Duties:

  • Student Affairs Management: Following up on daily student issues such as registration, deferment, transfer, and withdrawal.

  • Supervising Admission and Registration: Coordinating with the Registration Division to ensure a smooth academic process.

  • Student Welfare: Reviewing student requests related to social, financial, or academic support.

  • Communication with Academic Departments: Coordinating with department heads to meet students’ academic and administrative needs.

  • Monitoring Student Activities: Supporting and organizing extracurricular activities, cultural, scientific, and sports events.

  • Resolving Student Issues: Receiving student complaints and working to resolve them within legal and administrative frameworks.

  • Supervision of Graduation Affairs: Following up on graduating students’ files and coordinating with relevant parties to issue official documents.
