An instructor in the College of Science registers a new patent for an economical, safe and bio-pesticide that was not previously applied in Iraq

The lecturer in the department of biology, College of Science, University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr Ibrahim Jaber Abd, obtained the patent entitled “Manufacture of an effective biocide using the synergistic effect of the volatile oils of lemongrass and rosemary against the insect of the onion thrips tapaci.”
