Abstract
This work presents a computational study for the plasma produced by the Inductively coupled. The plasma characteristics were diagnostic through the plasma parameters. Numerical simulations of these devices are an important tool that allows a better understanding of Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICPs) processes.
