The elastic and inelastic electron scattering Coulomb form factors for stable 16,17,18O were studied in the framework of local scale transformation (LST) using the radial wave functions of a transformed harmonic oscillator (THO). The psdmk interaction chosen for all studied transitions the contribution from the model space. The valence (V), Werntz-Uberall (W-U), Bohr-Mottelson (B-M), and Tassie (T) models are used to account for the impact of core-polarization on the computed Coulomb form factors.
