Karbala Center for Studies and Research honors the Dean of the Faculty of Science for supporting the activities of the Center

The administration of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Hussein Holy Shrine honored the Dean of the Faculty of Science at the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, for the cooperation of the Faculty and its contribution to the publication of the research of the Seventh International Scientific Conference held by the Center.

The Center presented its appreciation shield to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, offering his thanks and great gratitude for his outstanding contribution in supporting the activities of the Center, especially the conference and its axes related to environmental planning, sustainable development, remote sensing, geographical information systems, urban and regional planning, risk management, natural disasters, mobile communications technology, and visitor crowd projects and services.

It is noteworthy that the delegation of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research visited the Deanship of the Faculty of Science and discussed the research and studies that can be submitted to the international scientific conference, the committees of their evaluation and publication in the refereed scientific journals, as well as visiting the seismic monitoring laboratory and the analysis of spatial data, with the aim of harnessing the scientific and research potentials for the success of the conference, which expresses the originality, values and title of civilization, which witnessed the participation of a number of researchers in various countries of the Arab and Islamic world.
