The College of Science organized a lecture on the methodology of writing and publishing research in scientific journals
The Mathematics Department, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a lecture titled ‘Elements of Style in Writing and Publishing Research in Scientific Journals.’ The lecture, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Sabah Hussein and Dr. Asawer Duraid Hamdi, highlights scientific research methodology by emphasizing the essential elements of research writing. It covers the abstract, introduction, materials and methods, tables, charts, results, their comparison with similar studies, and clear indications of points that should be further investigated in future research.
