The Department of Geology, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop titled “Principles and Skills for Handling Dust Storm Samples.”. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to climate change, which is one of the significant topics in public life and the environment of countries and their climates. The workshop, presented by Dr. Hassan Katouf, included a review of the various laboratory analyses that can be conducted on dust storm samples and the methods for collecting these samples. Additionally, the workshop covered the significance of laboratory equipment used in the analysis of dust storm samples.
