Master Thesis in the College of Science, “Synthesis and characterization study of (Sb2O3: WO3, In2O3) nanostructures films for sensing applications”
In the College of Science Department of Physics at the University of Baghdad, a master thesis entitled ” Synthesis and characterization study of (Sb2O3: WO3, In2O3) nanostructures films for sensing applications” by Mohammed Imad Tareq was discussed, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bushra Abbas Hasan. The research aimed to conduct a comprehensive study on the effect of the mixing ratio of indium oxide and tungsten oxide on the structural and morphological properties, FTIR spectra, and electrical properties of antimony oxide, the research also aimed to synthesize different sensors that imply gas sensors and solar cell, by studying the photoelectric effect of the prepared heterogeneous junction. The research included the preparation of various compounds by mixing antimony oxide with tungsten oxide and antimony oxide with indium oxide separately by using a pulsed laser deposition device to prepare thin films and using X-ray diffraction
