The Computer Science Department at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized the “Design Day” events. The events aimed at how to make design beautiful in daily life, and its contribution to promoting many fields, especially in visual communication design, graphic design, computer-based graduation project designs, and more. The goal was to increase public awareness of the value of design and its contribution to changing the world, emphasizing the role of design in conveying what cannot be expressed in words through the talents of designers. The Design Day events included designs in various fields of science created in innovative and distinctive ways. The exhibition witnessed significant interaction among students, college professors, and invited guests, creating a positive atmosphere for participants and encouraging them to unleash their creativity and engage in purposeful innovations. The exhibition also included several research and projects that, if implemented, would provide significant services to various government departments and sectors.
