The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a lecture titled “The Art of Job Interviews.”The lecture aimed to enhance students’ skills in facing the diverse challenges of the job market, starting from the importance of writing a resume to mastering effective speaking techniques and how to answer interview questions. The lecture, presented by both Dr. Suraa Abdul Manaf and Dr. Hind Mahmoud, encouraged students to participate in such activities to build new skills and enhance their future opportunities in the job market. They covered various types of personal interviews, including one-on-one interviews, phone interviews, and committee interviews. Emphasis was placed on the importance of thorough preparation for a personal interview by gathering information about the company being interviewed, having a copy of the resume, and a copy of academic certificates. Additionally, the lecture addressed some of the most anticipated questions in personal interviews

In the College of science, University of Baghdad, a master’s thesis was discussed, tagged “Biostratigraphy and Depositional Environmental of Yamama Formation in Faihaa Oil Field Southern Iraq” by the research student Maryam Mohammad Taha and presented to the Geology Department under the supervision by Dr. Salam I.
