The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Science, University of Baghdad, organized a cultural awareness lecture entitled “The Language of Communication with the Labor Market”. The lecture aimed to review the rapid changes in the job market, as possessing the language of communication has become a vital skill for achieving professional success. This skill is considered an essential tool for building effective relationships with colleagues and clients, thereby enhancing opportunities for success and advancement in the professional field. The lecture, presented by Dr. Suraa Abdul-Munaf, included an explanation of the language of communication that opens doors to understanding and enhances effective cooperation. It emphasized its indispensability in an era of accelerating innovation and evolving work nature, outlining innovative strategies to enhance understanding and influence in the job market through developing speaking, writing, and virtual communication skills. Acquiring these skills enhances opportunities to obtain suitable employment and achieve professional success.
