A lecture at Faculty of Science explained electronic withdrawal services and their advantages and multiple uses
Under the patronage of Dean of the College Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, and the presence of a number of students, teachers and those concerned with computer, Department of Geoscience, in cooperation with continuing Education at College of Science, organized a lecture entitled “Introduction to Cloud (data space) and its benefits”.
This lecture aimed to illustrate how organizations of all types, sizes and fields use cloud services across a variety of use cases, such as data backup, disaster recovery, e-mail usage, virtual desktop environments, software development and testing, big data analytics, and subscriber-based web applications.
The lecture was presented by Dr. Imad Jassim, Dr. Omar Al-Sufyan and Assistant Teacher Abdullah Adel, to clarify cloud services and their applications in the field of higher education, how they are used and benefits in the field of Amazon, Microsoft and Google , and what are their benefits and advantages, including health care companies to develop treatments that better suit the personal needs of patients, cloud-based financial services providers offer the ability to detect and prevent fraud in real time, and video game makers use cloud services to provide online games to millions of players around the world.
