Scientific symposium entitled Applications of process research and linking them to applied science
Under the auspices of the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Falih Hassan, with attending of teaching staff, students, and the specialists.
Department of Mathematics, in cooperation with Continuing Education Unit of the Faculty, organized seminar entitled “Linking Operational Research to Applied Science”
The seminar aims to clarify the applied scientific vocabulary in process research and to link and apply it with other applied sciences, so that researchers can understand the reality of this field and realize it in process research, by highlighting the points to be followed to obtain an understanding of this science and link it to other science and its application.
In that symposium, the Assistant Professor Dr. Iraq Tariq Abbas gave his lecture, Entitled “Process Research and Application in Applied Sciences” and the second lecturer at the symposium was Assistant Professor Dr. Rehab Nouri entitled “Operations Research by Statistical Methods”
They provided consultations and Solutions to Many Problems Related to Operations Research and applied science in scientific ways because of the significant impact on the development of scientific methods operations research methods that were not previously known which contributes to the development of this newly deployed branch of science studied in most of the world’s universities, Supporting opening departments that deal with operations research system to assist in decision-making processes and overcome obstacles in general or within the research and development departments, to motivate specialists in operations research.
