A Workshop about the Importance of Leadership Development in The Digital Environment
The Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, in cooperation with the Centre for Development and Continuing Education at Baghdad University, held a training workshop tagged “Leadership Development in the Electronic Environment” under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Faleh Hassan, and attended several academic teachers specializing in environmental and computer specialization.
The workshop aimed at the importance of leadership development in the digital environment that requires strategic steps that take into account the ongoing changes and new challenges posed by technology and the most important steps Leadership Development in the Electronic Environment.
The workshop presented by Dr. Alia Mohamed Nouri discussed the current situation of digital leaders and the need to train in digital skills and work to enhance the skills of leadership to achieve the promotion of digital chances within the institution and the importance of using data in decision-making, developing digital emotional intelligence, emergency planning steps and managing digital crises to access continuous learning and innovation.
