E-lecture for Digital Change According to Performance Improvement Strategies
The Department of Computer Science, in cooperation with the Development and Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science, Baghdad University, held an electronic training workshop entitled “Managing Digital Change and Developing Performance Improvement Strategies” under the auspices of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Falih Hassan, and the participation of several students, academic teachers and computer specialists.
The purpose of the workshop was to highlight the overall approach to managing change that enables partners to move around effectively and implement the change policy while minimizing the disincentive to maximize staff participation to ensure planning and communication to implement change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
The workshop lectured by Associate Professor Dr. Sahad Faisal Sheehan discussed the importance of understanding and managing digital change to build a digital culture of direction toward the development of performance improvement strategies. The importance of technology and its role in digital transformation, demonstrates that change management is the compass for transformation.
