E-governance in smart cities in a lecture held by the College of Science
The lecture presented by Dr. Mazen Mahdi Habib included shedding light on e-governance, which provides government services available to citizens in a comfortable, effective and transparent manner, indicating the three main target groups that can be distinguished in the concepts of governance represented by government, citizens and companies, indicating that smart government is the natural development For the e-government model that seeks, in general, to endorse governmental public services on the Internet through web applications and electronic portals, and formulate them in a way that usually reflects the life events of the citizen.
