Mass extinction and historical eras in a geological lecture held by the Faculty of Science
The lecture aimed to identify the historical aspects, not the extinction of dinosaurs, which occurred 66 million years ago, between the Cretaceous and Paleogene eras, and also caused the extinction of a large number of living things, estimated at about three quarters of life forms, which is the second greatest extinction that occurred on earth, as well as its goal in shedding light on The light on the difference of the majority of scholars regarding the cause of this extinction.
